Digital Business Analyst



Digital Business Analyst required to join a global industry leading organisation and be a part of a very exciting programme of work. The successful Business Analyst will provide support to a number of customer-facing digital initiatives with the group. The purpose of the role is to be involved in all aspects of business analysis work and software delivery lifecycle whilst working on a variety of different projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the business representatives, gathering, analysing and documenting clear unambiguous business requirement to then translate into functional specifications. The successful candidate will also work closely with internal IT development and test teams to meet all end to end requirements of the project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities



 Gather and document high level and detailed requirements and prepare functional specifications by facilitating requirement gathering workshops with key business representatives/stakeholders

 Assess the business implication of proposed changes, identify complementary/contradictory requirements across the business and make recommendations on how to move forward

 Work with the development teams to convert customer requirements into technical solutions that are both feasible and cost effective ensuring the quality of the product and customer satisfaction

 Manage and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders at all levels within the organisation

 Work with the project managers to meet agreed milestones, highlighting and solving any concerns throughout the life of the project

 Proactively identify enhancements to systems to deliver business benefit and follow enhancements through to delivery

 Provide advice and guidance on best practice business analysis methodologies and techniques, identify areas for process improvement to ensure full use of best practice

 Contribute to weekly project team meetings on risk and issues management
