Senior Contracts Manager



A leading Energy Services company are seeking to expand their Contracts Team. Located in Singapore this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oil & Gas Contracts Manager to work in this rapidly expanding company.



The main function of this role is to protect the company's interest in its contractual and business dealings with clients, vendors and suppliers.



Working as part of a larger team and managing a team of two this role requires a strong negotiator who at all times can protect and ensure adequate coverage for this busy company.



The primary function of this role is to review tender instructions, commercial T's & C's and all other legal documents to ensure that all inherent risks of the companies activities are covered by policies of insurance. As Senior Contracts Manager you will be expected to work across a number of internal business units - Finance, Purchasing etc. You will also be required to liaise with external customers to finalise purchase orders or contracts when tenders are awarded. .



Coming from an Oil & Gas background you will be expected to have strong relevant experience in contract review within a commercial capacity. You will also hold a business degree, have an eye for detail and at least 5 years relevant Oil & GAS contract review experience.
