In order to drive this continued success through our talented workforce, we have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the Delivery of all Support, Maintenance & Enhancement Services in the Application Management Services (AMS) to the Client Account (Public Sector) in Singapore. This includes managing the relevant Client relationships, Delivery, P&L with respect to these services. Additionally, this role is to assist the Account Executive & Sales Executive with the growth of Application Management Services (AMS) opportunities within the Account.





Qualifications
Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related area of study


• Minimum 15 years of project management and service delivery experience


• PMP and ITIL Certified


• Demonstrates technical, functional and business knowledge in project portfolio management, customer engagement, capability planning, financial fundamentals & forecasting methods


• Experience in leading, managing teams and working on the ground with support resources while maintaining the overall project view


• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
