I am currently representing a large specialist retailer, established as one of the leading retailers of quality products in their field. With over 350 stores in the UK and Ireland to date, the company are best known for the specialist team of staff who are experts in their given area. They are recognized as the 'go to' store with the right standard of customer care and range of products to suit a versatile consumer need in a highly competitive market. At present, my client wishes to recruit a highly experienced Store Manager to cover stores across Coleraine, Cookstown and Derry.



As store manager, you will have experience of managing large retail sites with a turnover in excess of £3million and 30 members of staff. It is essential you are operationally focused, putting in place an organised and efficient structure throughout the store; to include managing wage budgets, development of staff and maintaining a consistent level of service. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will operate in a hands-on capacity on a daily basis, managing the staff from the shop floor whilst putting in place measures to meet and achieve the KPIs set on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Staff efficiency has been a core focus for the company in recent months, so you will motivate your team to be productive and sales focused with every customer of the branch.

It is essential you have a proven track record at Store Manager level within a big box retailer, with a proven track record of achieving challenging sales targets, whilst maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
