This highly successful and rapidly expanding FMCG company based in Ryde are seeking a Workforce Planner for their highly critical customer service environment to continue their success and build on their customer experience.



This role has been created to accurately forecast contact volumes and provide efficient staffing schedules across a 40 seat Contact Centre. As the Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for all Contact Centre forecasting and planning, encompassing a mixture of analytical, strategic and operational accountability.



You will ensure service level targets are achieved through planning and allocation of resources and you will liaise with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any challenges and opportunities. You will be consistently seeking new and improved ways of working to deliver a competitive advantage.



The Workforce Planning Analyst will work closely with the Team Leaders to understand staffing requirements and ensure that optimal results are achieved across all teams. The opportunity to be in QA will also be available.



Salary will be between $70-$75k plus super, Mon-Friday Centre open 8am-6pm.



We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years experience as a workforce planner; you will also have confident Excel skills.
