This well established property development business is a leader in the marketplace.



With growth and profitability in mind they are now seeking the services of a talented Senior Property Accountant on a permanent basis.



Success will be measured through your ability to oversee the month end financial reports, statutory reporting and critical management accounting/reporting. Reporting into the FC you will take ownership of all accounting matters across 30 property development projects.



Furthermore, you will be required to have an ongoing focus on financial process improvement while supporting compliance and cash flow requirements.



We are looking for qualified CA who is able to demonstrate strong exposure in the project/property accounting space. You will have come from a Big 4 or 2nd tier accounting firm and then moved into commerce and industry or you will be a first mover from chartered. Your experience will need to be coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
