This well established Christchurch company are seeking a residential Project Manager to take a lead role in the building of their exceptionally designed homes. They specialise in homes that combine quality with individuality, exceeding clients expectations every time. They are an experienced team who take immense pride in their workmanship. As a result this Project Manager's role requires someone of a similar mindset.



Due to a strong forward pipe line of work there is a need for a Project Manager who has previous new build experience. As the Project Manager role will oversee multiple projects, be involved with scheduling, programming and on site targets. You will also be a very processed and organised individual who has a sound grasp of Project Management systems.



To be successful in this role you will ideally come from a trade qualified background or have 5 + years experience leading new build Projects in Christchurch. Our client is looking for a Project Manager who can co-ordinate all aspects of the building process whilst managing clients, subcontractors and supplier requirements with a hands-on team approach.
