HPRM (TRIM) Support Analyst

Adelaide, Australia, AU - Information Technology and Services

HP Application Services helps our Clients to leverage our vast industry and application expertise to better support their business objectives, improve operational performance, and realise a higher rate of return on their applications investments, all while managing costs.


As an eDRMS support specialist with an analytical mindset you will work in a team environment to provide technical support at level 2 and above. Your ability to work with the Consulting Team, Development Team and Technical specialists will be critical to your success.


Experience required:



  • Proven technical support background

  • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience installing and supporting HPRM/TRIM EDRMS

  • Microsoft Active Directory

  • Skills with a common scripting tool (C#, C++, .Net)

  • Sound knowledge of the ITIL framework

  • Good understanding and knowledge of HPRM/TRIM functionality

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products

  • Experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint (highly desirable)

  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as independently

  • Customer service focused and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage time and schedule tasks, and be resilient to changing priorities


Desirable skills:



  • Familiarity with Records Management functions and tools such Business Classification Schemes and Disposal Authorities

  • Familiarity with security and metadata requirements pertaining to HPRM

  • Experience in the administration of Windows multi-domain environments

  • Demonstrated knowledge of server and PC hardware and software, including Windows server and PC operating systems and Citrix

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of networking hardware and protocols
