Our client, a fast growing Gold Coast business involved in environmental management and protection is currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator.
This exclusive position requires an individual who is happy to be the face of the company working within the shared reception and office area of the business. Reporting to the Financial Manager, duties will include managing the reception desk, assisting in the planning and preparation for meetings, document control, formatting of tender submissions, assisting with projects, industry research and ad hoc administration duties as required.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role. You will have an excellent level of both written and spoken English and can articulate this on a daily basis to both staff and clients either on the telephone or face to face. Individuals must appreciate how important accuracy is as legally the company is required to keep extremely detailed and up to date information. You will be approachable, friendly, professional and proactive in your approach to work. Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge with 45+ wpm is essential.
