We are seeking a qualified and experienced Records Manager/TRIM Technical Specialist to join our Application Services Team. You will play a key role leading and guiding the design and implementation of the RM/TRIM application.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and implement configuration and integration changes between RM/TRIM and SharePoint
- Finalise design for, develop, test and over-see the roll-out of the updates for the use of RM/TRIM
- Design and develop RM/TRIM reports to facilitate statistical reporting and the creation of records management workloads (such as programs of work for sentencing and destruction)
- Implement function modules for RM/TRIM including Workflow, To-Do's and Action Tracking
- Apply upgrades and patches to HP RM/TRIM
- Conduct or be familiar with daily, weekly, monthly maintenance activities for HP RM/TRIM;
- Configure HP RM/TRIM workgroup servers, event servers and other components
- Design, develop, test and implement HP RM/TRIM
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in designing a security model for EDRMS (including utilising Active Directory or other group policy methods)
- Experience in customisation and configuration of the EDRMS
- Experience in specifying EDRMS configuration solutions
- Demonstrated experience in the deployment of an infrastructure to support EDRMS for at least 2500 users
- Demonstrated experience in developing EDRMS modules for business use such as Workflow, To-Do's, and Action Tracking
