• $23-$24ph + super + commissions

Our client is a high end, prestigious distributor and stockist of quality hot tubs and spas who cater for all markets. Their products are high quality and their service is exceptional. An exciting new PART TIME Retail Sales Representative position working 3 days a week has now become available to work in their thriving and busy Mandurah Showroom.



On a day to day basis you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, showing them various spas in the showroom, taking down their requirements and recommending suitable products in their price range and placing orders. You will be responsible for providing quotations and estimates on delivery and stock.



Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to website enquiries; you will follow up on customer leads and requests for information along with after sales calls to find out if your clients require any additional product or services. The ideal candidate will also need to be computer literate with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word for Windows and Excel.



You will possess outstanding people and communication skills along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally you will demonstrate strong attention to detail, strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly and easily with people from all walks of life.



A background in customer service or retail will be highly regarded as will a positive 'can do' attitude. In return for your skill and experience, you can expect:
