We are currently working with an award winning national mid-tier builder that specialises in fit-out & refurbishment and commercial projects. With large operations inter-state in Brisbane and Sydney this organisation has a growing presence here in Melbourne to compliment the other business units. Their Melbourne operations are poised to grow significantly within the Commercial, Retail, Health, Fit out and Refurbishment sectors which have facilitated the need to employ a Project Manager who has drive and motivation to position themselves as a key stakeholder within this business.



You will have the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion efficiently and effectively within budgets and during set time frames.



To be considered for this role you will need to be Degree qualified within construction have relevant experience(Projects $3mill-$50mill) as a Project Manager or significant experience as a Contract Administrator with a reputable builder and ready for the opportunity to step into Project Management role. In this position you will need to have strong leadership, interpersonal skills, influencing & negotiating: high level of attention to detail and time management are necessary to be successful.
