This international player is a leading brand in their heavy industrial market and has an exceptional reputation in the Queensland market. With a corporate function in Townsville, this finance team is placed closely at the face of the operations.



With International and Australian reporting lines, the efficiency of the financial accounting team is crucial. We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to take responsibility for statutory reporting, tax compliance, audit coordination and financial reporting for various entities, as well as the preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts. You will also supervise a small team and assist with the month end process.



We are seeking a technically minded CA or CPA Accountant with a strong background in financial accounting. You will have ideally worked in a large corporate organisation and have strong skills in interpreting and applying accounting standards and relevant legislation. Exposure to foreign entities and transactions will be advantageous, however this is not essential. Leadership skills are essential in this role and your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will be consistently utilised.
