Compliance Officer- Boutique Asset Manager

Due to recent growth an innovative fixed income boutique asset manager is looking to recruit a dynamic compliance officer with asset management experience. The successful candidate will report into the COO and the role covers all compliance aspects of the business.



The company is British-based and is looking to expand its range of products and clients in order to diversify. The successful candidate will become a part of these new processes and assist the COO and deputy COO with a range of matters, including but not limited to:



1. Day to day responsibility for ensuring the firm complies with all relevant regulations and guidelines

2. Development and periodic updating of policies, procedures and practices to manage and mitigate compliance risk

3. Running the firm's internal compliance monitoring programme

4. Reporting to and liaising with relevant industry bodies including the FCA and the IMA

5. Training new and existing employees on all policies and regulation

6. Tracking regulatory developments and incorporating them into the business



The successful candidate will be proactive and take ownership of their role, have strong interpersonal skills and be both process and detail oriented
