Regional HR Officer, Leeds, Salary £30k + car & benefits

My client, a privately owned service provider requires a regional HR officer, based in Leeds to provide a generalist HR service to their Northern operations.



The successful candidate will report to the regional HR business partner and liaise closely with specialist functions in order to provide a generalist HR support. You will coach and develop line managers across my clients Northern region, in addition you will support organisational and cultural change and address any escalated ER issues.



The successful candidate will be an experienced HR advisor / officer with a solid background in a fast paced commercial environment as a HR generalist ideally in a multi-site environment. You will need to be resilient with excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working autonomously in a rapidly moving business. A track record of coaching & developing line managers in addition to managing organisational & cultural change would be of benefit.
