Description
Returns management :
•Manage workflow to ensure that returns continue to be managed within contract T&C’s
•Regular auditing of OLSS to ensure DOA is managed within CAP
•Action all returns processed for DIT - continue to reject requests where photographs do not show damage
•Action quality driven returns - ensuring correct approvals and preventative actions are in place
•Publish monthly report tracking trending and identifying drivers of non-DOA returns.
•Liaison with Logistics Services to ensure carriers are performing within agreed SLAs.
•Reporting to Reseller Operations management identifying customers driving high workload due to RMA discrepancies.
•Working with Reseller Operations management and customers to drive adherence to contract T&Cs especially in relation to RMA ageing, RMA consolidation etc.
•Liaison with Finance on correct classification and approval of high value RMAs.
•Order entry of Apple own use internal equipment orders.
•Ensure fulfilment within lead time
Education
•3rd level degree essential
