Financial Analyst/Senior Analyst - Jakarta

Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia, ID - Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Environmental Services

Reporting to the Country Manager and based in their Asia Corporate team, you will be covering four legal entities with annual sales figures of over USD300m and will be responsible for all operational aspects of the Singapore and Indonesia businesses



You will be required to prepare local IFRS financial statements taking into account entries from US to local GAAP as well as preparing local GAAP trial balance for each of the entities. You will perform pre-audit & audit planning and be the main point of contact for the external auditors. In addition you will be required to prepare and submit indirect tax returns when required, not limited to GST, and once again be the point of contact for all tax compliance issues.



You will also have the opportunity to assist in system projects specifically on any legal / statutory requirements to ensure proper configuration from the financial reporting perspective



A Degree of Accounting is required together with a track record in the Big 4 auditing manufacturing or construction MNC's. Strong IFRS knowledge is required as is a good understanding of US GAAP. In addition, you must have an understanding of Indonesian tax and regional GST/VAT would be highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office, Hyperion and SAP as well as excellent presentation and good writing skills is expected.
