Hays Property & Facilities is very happy to partner with our Condominium Property Management firm client to recruit for the position of Condominium Property Manager in Ottawa. Working independently you will manage the current portfolio of business and also play an active role in developing future business for the firm on the condominium side.



In this job you will deliver a high level of customer service; organizing, attending and facilitating Condominium Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings; overseeing capital projects; managing quotes, work orders, and performance of contracts; acting as the liaison between The Board of Directors and others.
