My client is a global life insurance company,a premium player in the industry and is seeking for a Senior Claims Administrator to come on board the team in Singapore



Reporting directly to the Chief Underwriter,you will be responsible for the daily claims administration,maintain claims manual and provide claims training to ensure delivery of claims service level agreements towards customers and distributors.Your experience with life claims including death,TPD & CI claims in the local industry is key to excel in this role.



Ideally,you have at least 3 years of life insurance claims experience and your insurance qualifications such as FLMI,CII will be an advantage.You have a good customer service orientation and great interpersonal skills.You are a independent and motivated individual,as the role will put you in charge of your own claims projects.
