Construction Underwriting Manager

A leading global insurance company, is looking for an experienced Construction Underwriting manager to come on board their team to cover the Singapore market.



As a Construction Underwriting Manager, you will conduct evaluation, selection, pricing and negotiation of the construction business to ensure overall profitable book of business within the established underwriting guidelines. Your role will also see you covering quarterly reviews, analysis and monitoring to ensure profitability of the construction business in the Singapore market and supporting distribution units in rendering construction quotations within timeline



You must possess an engineering degree with minimum of five years relevant experience within construction and engineering insurance underwriting or risk inspection and engineering.To succeed in this role, you can work well independently and within a team. Ideally, you also possess a qualification in ACII.
