This global electronics leader has a long history of developing innovative, high quality products for both the consumer and commercial sectors. Due to growth in the Asian region, they now require an experienced Production Shift Manager to join their Production and Manufacturing team located in Singapore.



As the Production Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of all resources including machinery, materials and manpower. In order to meet customer demand, your responsibilities will include facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing quality and production, highlighting manufacturing issues, formulating operating procedures and resolving all line related issues.



You will be a capable supply chain professional with experience in TPM, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work under pressure and have a proven track record of hands-on leadership.
