Hays Property & Facilities in conjunction with our large and well respected Property Management firm client are currently recruiting for the position of Property Manager to join their team in Halifax right away. In this job you will report to the Vice President, you will work with your colleagues in a tightly knit, friendly working environment. You will have responsibility for just under 1 million square feet of Industrial and Office space spread across Dartmouth, Fredericton and Moncton, you will need to travel to New Brunswick on a regular basis. You will have daily interaction with tenants and ensure that their requests and issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.



This is a smoothly running portfolio so you will be accountable for building operations, accounting and delivering effective staff management for a small team of people. You will prepare and award tenders, you will participate in developing operating and capital budgets as well as providing comprehensive financial and other operational reports as needed.
