This organisation is one of the top and fastest growing health funds in Australia. An opportunity exists for a member services representative to join their expanding team.



As a member services representative you will be responsible for resolving customer enquires relating to their health insurance. This includes estimates, quotes and health cover matters. You must have strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.



To be successful for this role, an understanding of the health insurance industry including Medicare and Health services would be desirable. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential to be able to work well as part of a team. You will be required to provide excellent customer service.
