Location: Guangzhou CBD(frequent travel at first two years)



Our client is an European listed company considered to be a global top performer in speciality chemical industry that has fast expansion in China. Currently they are looking for about 2-3 experienced management trainee to join them and grow together.



As business support manager, you will directly report to China CEO. You will do business analysis to monitor the performance and business development initiatives of the company; participate in special projects such as Operation process improvement projects; evaluate and analyze business proposals from OPCOs and provide key conclusions to senior management; and initiate the improvement of management information process.



As the successful candidate, ideally you should have at about 3 years' working experience in finance related role and must demonstrate good track record of working with middle to senior level management in building a collaborative relationship. Strong communicative and analytical skills are required. Good presentation skill in both Chinese and English is highly preferred.
