Business Analyst - BPSS Cleared, Business Change, LEAN, ISEB
My client is a Government organisation who require a Business Analyst who is BPSS cleared (with DS) to drive a Business Change project as a matter of urgency.
As Business Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and analysing due diligence, completing detailed design documents and business requirements plus aligning design activities to the programme and design governance. You will also be expected to create and maintain the Design RAID log, create and maintain the Design Decision log as well as identify and resolve design conflicts and manage escalation of major design conflicts with recommendations for resolution. In addition, the role of Business Analyst will see you identify early impacting of change proposals, work closely with the business and Change Gateway to create products in support of projects and changes, including scoping, and feasibility studies, requirements and business cases.
Other responsibilities will include analysis, review, documentation and maintenance of business models and processes, identifying issues, develop requirements and solution options, helping to identify and quantify benefits and assist in implementation plus support the testing of proposed solutions before acceptance for implementation.
To be considered you must have the proven Business Analysis experience within Change and Business Change, with an ISEB or related Business Analysis qualification plus have experience of LEAN. You must have BPSS (with DS) clearance.
You must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as availability to start ASAP.
