Finance Director

Shanghai City, China, CN - Machinery

A leading US listed company in tooling industry with both manufacture and commercial operation in China



You will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. And also be a business partner to the sales / growth organization.



As function leader, you will oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems ensuring compliance GAAP standards, local statutory reporting, tax reporting, SOX 404, internal controls and regulatory requirements, and consistently analyse financial date and present financial reports to Asia Regional Leadership in an accurate and timely manner and provide practical business guidance to the China leadership team.



You must have at least 15 years of finance experience with solid knowledge of SOX, US GAAP and PRC GAAP and rich experience in dealing with commercial teams to drive results. You should also have personal qualities of integrity, credibility and strong ethical foundation as a proactive, hands-on strategic thinker. Excellent English and Mandarin is a must while CPA certification is a plus
