This industry leading Architecture studio is flourishing in the current environment. Their passionate employees are empowered to personally design and deliver some of the most exciting projects in Perth.



With multiple large projects on the go they are searching for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator from an Architectural background to lead a complex project. Reporting to the Directors, you will be based on site, liaising with contractors to manage the contract administration part of the project. You will be responsible for responding to RFI's, managing and attending site meetings, engaging and coordinating consultants, specifications and reviewing documentation.



To be successful in this position you will be a Registered Architect with proven CA experience and the ability to deliver large scale projects. You will have corresponding construction and detailing experience as well as specification writing ability. In addition you will be very familiar with AS 2124 and the duties of a Superintendent Representative.
