Located on Sydney's north shore, this coeducational primary school caters for approximately 200 students across years k-6. The school environment is beautiful, nestled in a residential area with leafy surrounds and a peaceful and calm energy. The school has an ethos centred on respect, academic achievement, spiritual awareness and holistic development of students. With the current headmaster moving on to new challenges after a long service to the school, the opportunity is present for a new Head of School to lead the school, building on their success of the past 30 years.

You will be an excellent communicator, working in a very consultative manner with all levels of staff. You will be strategic in developing and instilling vision, growing the school profile and ensuring standards are maintained at a high level across both educational and operational areas.



You will be passionate about the schools special curriculum programs including philosophy, languages, arts, learning enrichment, Shakespeare, mindfulness and spirituality, music and the sciences. You will ensure the school maintains these programs as differentiators, and your passion will engage the community in the value of these programs. You will provide leadership of the schools spiritual values as well, though no specific church affiliation is required.



Applicants must be educationalist's with experience working in a school setting and an understanding of managing at a whole school level, both administratively and educationally. We are open to considering those established at head level, or ready to step up to this level, as there is great support offered from the board and a long standing leadership team.
