Client Services Officer



My client is seeking a Client Services Officer to join their highly successful and strong performing team.



Passionate about doing the best you can for your clients, you will need to have an excellent ability at building relationships, liaising with client advisors and project leaders to ensure clients receive factual and timely advice, dealing with statements of advice and implementing and sending within twenty four hours, liaising with finance department to ensure client fees are in place and that new client details are recorded on XPLAN as soon as possible.



If you have up to two years experience within a financial planning environment including implementation of statements of advice and have experience using XPLAN please get in touch.
