My client, an IT / software company in Reading, is looking for an experienced HR professional to join them on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The HR Operations Manager will provide Operational HR support to the EMEA HR Manager.
This role will suit a highly experienced operational HR professional with excellent systems and IT skills. You will provide all administrative and operational support, including references, contracts and offer letters. You will also assist with recruitment, conduct exit interviews and be a HRIS / SAP super user and trainer.
Strong systems and reporting skills are essential; you will provide headcount reports and tracking, track various other internal changes, keep the database cleansed and provide relevant internal and external audits.
This role will also involve salary benchmarking and job grading, processing purchase orders and processing recruitment invoices and all training coordination across EMEA. You will be required to support annual performance review processes.
This role will also have the opportunity to get involved in other ad-hoc HR responsibilities such as providing first line guidance on company policies such as maternity, paternity and absence. Strong project experience and a CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
