This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Advisor to join a busy HR department in a well-known public sector organisation based in Edinburgh. This is a 9 -12 month temporary HR Advisor job that requires an immediate start.



The successful candidate will manage all recruitment and resourcing activities, including end to end campaigns, identifying and utilising assessment methods as appropriate. You will develop and improve the existing resourcing framework, administration associated with recruitment and the onboarding process. You will also contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of an e-recruitment system and deliver in-house recruitment and selection training to management.



The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, with a proven ability to deliver multiple recruitment campaigns within a busy environment. You must have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the requirements and considerations, both legislative and organisational that relate to recruitment.
