Our client is approaching a critical phase within the Employee / Industrial Relations cycle and are readying themselves for the renewal of a number of their current Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs). This has created an immediate opportunity for an ER / IR specialist to join the organisation in a project lead position.



As Senior ER Advisor you will take full responsibility for the end to end negotiation process for the renewal of the organisations EBAs. You will be supported by an existing team of HR generalists and administrators throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities will include project preparation, market research and industry benchmarking, agreement development and negotiation along with approval and implementation.



Experience taking a lead position within the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements is essential to be considered for this opportunity. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record providing leadership coaching and advice around best practice employee relations and in the application of legislation and HR policies pertaining to EBA negotiation.
