Sales Executive Print

This dynamic and challenging role sits within the Enterprise Sales team under HP’s Print and Personal Systems (PPS) Business Unit. The role’s charter is to deliver tailored, value added print environments designed to reduce cost, drive real business value and assist our customers in better managing their pages.
The successful candidate will join a passionate and successful team with a focus on efficiency, predictable performance and mutual respect whilst delivering industry leading print environments to both commercial and public sector customers. In particular, the focus of this position is to increase HP's share within the Enterprise Print Market with a focus on tailored solutions and new business opportunities. This objective will be accomplished by establishing a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with the client, and by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs. The successful candidate will tailor strategy and solutions to meet the needs of the customer and interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development.
This role is ideally suited to those individuals that are energetic, driven and passionate in their sales and partnering style that can deliver on promises, whilst building, maintaining and developing high c-level stakeholder relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role will report to the National Sales Manager within the Enterprise Sales team and own a defined territory. Working alongside a team of Account Managers and Technical Consultants, responsibilities will include:
• Identify, develop, qualify and close HP Print Environment (Hardware, Services & Supplies) opportunities
• Creation and execution of detailed sales plan to achieve revenue, margin and market share objectives;
• Maintain weekly sales pipeline and funnel;
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with appropriate internal and external resources;
• Participate in account planning and strategy activity;
• Drive Print Solution marketplace adoption through evangelisation at targeted events and trade shows;
• Present and Demonstrate HP Print Solution offerings to customers and partners;
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of all aspects of HP’s Print offerings.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role you will need:
• A solid and broad Print sales background in a similar large & complex environment;
• Knowledge & experience working around contractual print offerings
• Proven solution experience in dealing with problems of diverse complexity and scope;
• To be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of quota achievement and over achievement in Print sales working with mid to large organisations
• Experience driving sales of new technology into the market place within the corporate, enterprise & public sectors;
• To have an innovative approach with sales solutions through your ability to conceptualise and articulate well-targeted solutions from proposal to contract sign off;
• Experience working with sales methodologies, tools and processes & have solid business and financial acumen.
• To be a self-motivated, competitive and goal oriented individual who works well autonomously or within a team;
• Strong communication (written & oral – including presentation skills) & relationship building (ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients);
• ROI/TCO knowledge of product offerings.
