Supply Chain Account Manager

To support continued growth & expansion in the EMEIA Telecom’s Business we are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can keep their finger on the pulse of our key accounts.
Our team works cross functionally to manage the supply of Apple products to mobile telecommunication companies across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa.
The team identifies and analyses demand trends, and works with internal teams (such as Sales, Supply Planning & Logistics) to manage the replenishment process for our Partners. This person will be the single point of contact for all operational concerns.

We are looking for ambitious individuals who have an excellent understanding of Supply Chain, Customer Relations and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding end to end experience. The role is suited to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including financial services, engineering and computer sciences.
Key Qualifications
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- A practical and positive approach to problem solving and process improvement both on a tactical and strategic level
- Excellent communications & negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate key points in a clear and succinct manner
- Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment
- Flexibility and prioritization of key daily & weekly tasks, ensuring timely completion
- High attention to detail & ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to effectively cope with change
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems / SAP
- 1-2 years experience in the field of Operations & Supply Chain
Description
Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Hold regular Business Operations reviews with each Partner.
Review Partner inventory levels ensuring optimum stock holding.
Ensure that all Partner requests are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner and that all queries are closed and key stakeholders informed of same.
Manage execution of the Order Flow Process with Partners, from Demand Forecasting through to Delivery.
Manage product transition process with our Partners.
Understands and is competent in the use of available operational tools.
Identify potential process improvement opportunities and present them to management with recommendations.
Understand the Partner’s supply chain model & market dynamics.
Education
3rd level degree essential
Post graduate qualification would be an advantage.
