A Leading Established Reinsurer is looking for an Energy & Power Underwriter to join their newly established team based in Singapore.



You will maintain and develop a sizeable profitable portfolio of Energy accounts in the APAC region through brokers, direct relationships and new sources. You will contribute to overall group results with sound technical and profitable underwriting. You will receive, select and evaluate offers of facultative and direct business from various sources, negotiate conditions of contracts, control and verify premium income, contribute to claims settlements and maintain strong relationships with client and brokers.



You have 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in Power & Energy Underwriting, have experienced dealing with APAC clients and brokers, you possessed excellent tertiary education preferably in Engineering, you come from with an Engineering background, Risk Engineers or Energy Loss Adjustors is an added advantage.
