The incumbent will:



•Develop business strategy for Bayer Consumer Care Global Natural Business with clear road map and executable targets.

•Guide R&D Chengdu in developing a natural product based platform that can deliver natural ingredient pipeline to various GCBUs.

•Expand current existing natural based brands that are not part of any GBT responsibilities into other regions and countries.

•Develop a viable business plan for growing the natural business.

•Communicate strategic intent and business plan to stakeholders in the countries (CDH and regions) and senior leadership HQs.

•As needed, project management for certain launches or roll-outs to ensure Natural business strategy is implemented according to plan.
