A multinational manufacturing company based in Seremban is looking for an innovative HR Manager to support the business and to manage the HR department. As the business is growing, they are looking for an individual to assist in developing and implementing various HR programs to meet the organization's goals. You'll need to provide assistance and advise to the Managing Director in the business from the HR point of view. You'll also be involved in the full spectrum of HR matters; from recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, learning and development.

This position would give you the opportunity to work with the upper level management team and the authority to manage the HR department.

MYR8000.00 - MYR10000.00 per month
