Job Description

Manage portfolio of client enterprise, government and end-customer cloud and managed hosting projects, service modifications and operational assurance functions.Responsible for overall delivery outcomes including the management of project/program risks and issues, prioritisation of projects, internal and external delivery escalation management, client relationship and governance, assurance functions, and service improvement initiaties.



• 7+ years experience in infrastructure projects including cloud technology disciplines covering networks, firewalls, security, server, hosting technologies, virtualisation and SAN storage.

• Experience in management reporting at senior levels, issue and risk management, preparing steering group packs and running governance meetings.



Professional Skill

• Very strong written and verbal communication skills with business outcome focus.Ability to work independently.

• Extensive experience managing stakeholders and vendors as well as working with delivery partners at all levels.



Professional Skill Requirements

• Certificate, diploma or degree in IT

• Relevant industry certifications

• Program and project management certifications, i.e. Prince 2, Agile

• ITIL v3 certification
