Our client is a major client side consultancy firm operating across over 40 countries worldwide. Due to the recent major award of a $90m project they require a PM to help oversee and deliver this infrastructure work for the next 5- 10 years.



The projects will be varied, from roads, earthworks to buildings and structures. These projects will also both be new build and upgrades. One of the real attraction of this role is the variety of work, in regards to the type of work, and the values and durations.



The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong report writing and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.



Client side project management, with experience in client liaison and stakeholder management

* Design management with a head contractor, demonstrating management and coordination of consultants in the design phase

* Managing Authority Approvals

* Procuring and Administering works contractors including during the Defects Liability Period



Candidates with DEFENCE experience would be highly attractive, as well as a variety of project experience across buildings, civils, mechanical and electrical. Equally, it is a requirement that candidates are Australian Citizens and able to get an appropriate security clearance due to the defence related projects.



All salaries will vary from $120- $130 + super.
