A well established State Government organisation is located in the South Eastern suburbs and is currently seeking an experienced Traffic Signal Design and Operations Engineer for an on-going contract role.



Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible traffic signal Route Reviews, pro-active (based on analysis of data) ad-hoc intersection reviews, re-active (based on stakeholder queries) ad-hoc intersection reviews, provision of technical advice to stakeholders, attending Network Fit Assessments as part of Rout Reviews, preparation of before/after reports (including associated data) of reviews, review traffic analysis/models from stakeholders and conduct traffic analysis/models. To be successful you hold an Engineering degree, must be an expert traffic signal design and operations engineer, who is highly proficient in Controller Operation specifications, SCATS and complex signal operations, including ample local (metropolitan Melbourne) experience in specialist areas such as train, tram and bus signal operations. Vic roads experience will be looked upon favourably.
