This global FMCG is looking for an established Senior HR Advisor to come on board and assist with a full generalist remit. Due to movement in the team, this will be a 3-5 month contract based in the North Sydney region.



You will be responsible for advising on the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit. You will work with stakeholders on talent mapping, recruitment and onboarding, be the first point of contact in handling entitlement queries and ER cases, remunerations reviews, performance appraisals and exit management.



To be successful you must have managed a full generalist remit as well as having a strong knowledge of recruitment across varied portfolios. You must be immediately available and be able to commit to this contract role.
