With a strong reputation for the provision of aged care services this organisation has an exciting requirement for a Residential Manager/Facility Manager.



Centrally located you will ensure the effective operation of this aged care facility. With a solid management team in place you will ensure that employees are motivated and productive. Ensuring policies are followed, maintaining compliance to OH&S, budgeting and overall decision making are key elements of this role.



To be considered you will be a Registered Nurse with proven managerial experience and knowledge of ACFI and the legislative requirements relating to aged care. Excellent interpersonal skills and budget management experience are essential in order to make an immediate impact.



On offer is an excellent working environment and a salary package of $105k.
