We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join the Banking and Financial Services team in Singapore. A career with us will see you make key strategic choices alongside our management team to structure and assume responsibility for your own specialist business within our larger framework. As an expert in your field, you will have full accountability for the identification and development of new clients, the account management of existing clients, arranging various client events, driving marketing and managing 1-2 staff from the start (and ultimately building the team below and around you). Financial Services is the most successful area of our business and so you will have the enjoyment of working alongside a very talented team and other leading recruiters in their respective fields. Your role will cover the full recruitment life cycle and focus on placing experts specifically within Singapore and across Asia Pacific.
Ideally you will have some good experience in recruitment already within the Accountancy & Finance, Insurance or Financial Services sector, and be at a stage in your career where you are looking for your next challenge. Staff management is available to those with experience, and ability to expand and grow your role is their for taking.
