An Iconic retailer is undergoing an exciting development and is looking for a competent Store Planner to join their team.



The primary charges of this role is to deliver scheme plans and designs in line with business initiatives in regards to their new store roll out programs. They would need to be an expert in regard to Store Design and Plans whilst they are on site and be able to provide architectural and technical advice in relation to concept and project plans. Furthermore, they would possess exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.



To be successful in this position, you will bring with you a high level of retail planning experience alongside with sound working knowledge of Revit. You will possess strong documentation skills and be able to understand basic financial metrics that make up a financial model. You will be confident and be able to liaise with senior staff. A relevant qualification in technical architectural drafting is essential, a degree in architecture will be well regarded.
