This global Clinical Research Organisation has created a new opportunity for a Manager or Senior Manager to lead their team of experienced Project Managers. Due to internal promotion and a growing pipeline this company are looking to appoint an inspirational leader with immediate effect.
Reporting into the Associate Director Clinical Operation your responsibilities will include overseeing team activities including resourcing, quality control of project deliverables and monitoring performance of the project managers. As a newly created role you will be able to develop in your own style and make the role your own.
Your demonstrated ability to positively manage cohesive project management teams across commercial clinical research operations is essential to your success. You will hold a Bachelors degree in a related Life Sciences discipline.
