This emerging organisation are an industrious and extremely high performing MSP based in the North Sydney area. Over the last 2 years they have achieved major market share, growth and have collected a team of elite Help desk Support professionals servicing secure accounts across varying sectors. In order to maintain market leading delivery standards they are seeking to fuel growth by adding to their team of highly qualified Service desk Analysts.
With exposure to a broad range of technologies you will provide onsite and remote support to a variety of environments. Predominantly supporting latest Windows Servers, Active Directory and Exchange distributions, you'll provide Level 1 Support to a large diverse user base.
This team is a breeding ground for aspiring IT Professionals so having 1-2 years experience in IT Help desk support role ideally coming from an MSP environment is highly desirable. Your customer service acumen, positive attitude and impeccable communication skills will be the traits looked for in the successful candidate. Experience within an ITIL environment would also be beneficial. This role is not open to anyone on a WHV.
What's on offer is a rolling contract with the potential to go permanent when combined with the right ambitious attitude. This role will pay from $23+/hour + Superannuation dependent on experience.
