Our client is HK listed conglomerate, specialized in specializes in providing EMS services and OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions to large handset manufacturers like Nokia / Motorola / Huawei / Son. Due to business expansion, they are now looking to hire a Corporate Strategy candidate to join their growing investment team.



Reporting to the Head of Investment, the candidate will play a key role working with other business units to work on various M&A projects to drive the company's strategic development process and will be responsible for the end to end process of the M&A project (including hands-on involvement in deal origination, research and analysis into identifying potential acquisition targets and execution and financial modeling and valuation and deal negotiation and commercial due diligence services and integration strategy.



To be considered this role, you will need to

-Be willing to work in China (Shenzhen) and travel.

-Have prior working experience in an investment banking TMT sector/ Big 4 corporate finance house / VC / PE

-Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented and has relevant experience

-Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential

-Have knowledge of telecommunication / mobile internet / technology and electronics manufacturing sectors
