This global consultancy is a provider of engineering services across the full spectrum of transportation modes, and provides expertise to clients from strategic policy and planning, through to design and implementation. Their portfolio of projects across residential and commercial land development, highways, and rail. With a recent influx of projects and demand for their traffic and transport engineering services, they are seeking the addition of a Senior Transport Modeller or Transport Planner to join them on a permanent basis.



This diverse position requires technical, analytical and managerial skills as your time will be split between high level design, interpreting results, report writing and managing the technical aspects of various projects. In addition to expertise in transport modelling, your exposure to traffic engineering and transport planning will enable you to assist the larger team as and when required.



As a transport modeller you will have specific experience in traffic simulation and/or modelling packages including PARAMICS, VISSIM or SCATS. You will enjoy working on a variety of projects and have specific local experience in database packages and geographical information systems. Dependent on the size of the project, you may be mentoring and managing more junior team members, so previous management skills are required.
