We have streamlined and enhanced our portfolio to match our client needs. As such, we are introducing a pan-HP services portfolio that matches the client journey and their unique requirements across the entire journey.
Key responsibilities:
We are looking for a CEE Cloud Sales Manager who has strong customer communication skills as well as business management capability:
- To be the single and first level of contact for Cloud business with all HP internal and external communication.
- To be the first level of decision maker for all cases.
- To be in connection with clients through country sales teams.
- To draw HP’s overall Cloud approach and strategy based on all customer expectations and business KPIs.
- To lead sales cycle and define strategy against to competition.
- In the execution of this plan, he/she will be supported by regional Cloud Sales and Presales organizations.
- For defined territories/regions, Cloud Sales Manager must have full responsibility and in charge for business plan which is covering Indirect/Channel Organization development, internal HP Knowledge development, Strategic Initiatives (government cloud, service provider cloud etc.) planning and execution with a full support of regional marketing, indirect, presales and sales people.
- To be financially responsible and carry quota for quarter, half, annual business achievements.
- To be responsible for funnel creation as well as forecasting in his/her territory with a support of regional Sales-Strategy Operation people.
As a summary, we are looking for a sales manager who has active sales capabilities with a business management and financial skills. As the CEE Cloud BU, he/she will have full support of the team from all functions perspective.
Orientation
- 2-3 weeks intensive period for on boarding with full of Sales-Technical-Competitive trainings with all key sales and technical resources.
- Dedicate one or two days’ workshop (with business consultant/s) subjected: Running business conversation with potential cloud customer.
- Visit all sub countries and meet all MDs, Indirect Managers and EAMs and BU leaders in very short period of time and start building his ecosystem in the territory with a support of complete team.
Qualifications
Requires experiences and education
- Minimum 4-6 years sales experience in SW business or Enterprise Business/Customers or Telco Industry or Public Sector are going to be differentiators.
- Engineering background supported with Business Administration will be preferences.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in international role experience is critical.
