The Sales Training Manager is responsible for the sales readiness of the channel partner sales teams across the Middle East. The teams should possess the skills and knowledge to provide a high-quality consumer shopping experiences to Apple customers.



Key Qualifications




  • Minimum 10 years experience in a multinational environment.

  • Fluent speaker of English. Arabic language is a big plus.

  • Substantial experience in the Middle East region.

  • Experience in training, staffing management, customer experience.

  • Good knowledge in training coaching methodologies.

  • Project or team management experience.

  • Willingness to get involved in day to day organization of training execution.

  • Scheduling, planning, analyzing and logistics management is an added advantage.

  • Experience with Apple products is a plus.




Description



Partner with Apple sales teams and channel partners to build a training plan of sales staff engaged in Apple’s indirect channels.

Organise session logistics across the Middle East, liaising with vendors (hotels, trainers).

Work closely with channel partner training organisations to ensure best execution of training.

Establish key metrics and report on a quarterly basis to monitor the progress of the training programs making recommendations on appropriate solutions.

Manage a team of contract trainers, including recruitment of new talent.

Represent region in EMEIA forum.



Education



Ideally educated with a BA or BS Degree
